I went to volleyball last night. I play co-ed with some friends after work. We play two games last night and my body is tired, a little sore.... but I like it! Is it just me? I don't feel like I've worked out until I have a little soreness.
After VB, My boyfriend and I went out for some dinner. I had an eggplant and bell pepper panini at my sister's a few hours earlier, but I was still hungry. (My hunger never stopped yesterday!??) We went to a restaurant and ordered chicken chili. It is so good. I have to figure out how this restaurant makes it and try to duplicate it at home. Yum. I also had a side salad with mine. I purchased a pint of chili for lunch today. The meal, including lunch for today, and a glass of Pinot Noir was $28.00. Not too bad.

I used to exercise like that ... but now I am old enough that the soreness lasts 2-3 days instead of 1, so I've tried to cut back a bit:)
I like soreness too! And massages to take care of the soreness :D
My bf thinks I'm weird... he never gets sore and he doesn't like massages. (Clearly HE's the weird one :p)
