I liked several readers suggestion of reducing the amount saved so I can finish this long journey of hell called credit card debt. I reduced retirement for the next three months down to 15% from 19%. I also reduced my short term savings from $50 to $25.00 a week. I'm hoping this will speed up the process a bit.
I've also paid off my magazine subscription I owed, purchased one of my prescriptions, and I think I'm going to get my hair cut this weekend. I might go to Cost Cutters. I'm a little nervous, but they are cheap! I won't have much money left for the week so I will see if I can make do with the groceries I have.

Good for you, I too can't wait to get this all over with!
If you are so close, I would postpone my savings too. Paying off your debt IN FULL will be awesome! Congratulations on almost being there!
How much did that change your timeline?? Did you shave off months, days? or..
This sounds like an awesome plan. And just think, when the credit card is done, you'll have even more to save.
Congrats on the new plan. I can't wait to see how the progress works out for you. :)
That's a good idea. They're hiring at the library! 4 positions, full to part time. There's a cataloging assistant position that you'd probably love. Use me as a reference! Ota vetoed my application.
Cost cutters does a phenomenal job, btw. Can't wait to see your new do!
