Well, I went to the job interview. It wasn't exactly what I wanted. But, hey, at least it's a possibility. They are even hiring until February. The Good News??? Well, I have another interview as an contract accountant at a major brewery here in Northern Colorado. Awesome! I'm very excited to have the opportunity to work again! I loved having a few weeks off, but, let's face it! I'm broke! I don't have quite enough money to actually relax when unemployed. The job is contract because the accounting clerk is on maternity leave.
I have spent very little money since being unemployed for 3 weeks. If I get the job tomorrow, I will be able to pay off my credit card!!! A dream come true. I will save at least 25% of any new money coming in so I can be prepared for another lay off. That's my plan. I will blog again tomorrow and let you know what happens.

That is great you're getting interviews -- more than a lot of unemployeds I know getting. Hope you find something you like.
