I had a leisure morning, reading, looking through cooking magazines and walking on the tread. It's about time to head out to the library. I made chicken tacos with a mango tomato salsa last night and had leftovers for lunch this afternoon. I made Spanish rice for the first time, but I made it with brown rice because I couldn't find any white rice in the house.
