Friday is always heaven even when your underemployed

I was cleaning my house because a) it needed to be done and b) my best friend from high school is coming to visit. We actually became close during and after college because we lived within 90 miles of each other and made regular trips to see each other on the weekends. I'm talking about 1 to 2 a month. I moved to Colorado in 2006 and haven't seen her since I left! It's been 4 years! So I'm very excited to see my friend.

The library called me this morning to work so I was able to work 4-1/2 hours today which is better than nothing so I jumped at the chance.

I spent $100 at the store on my way home. I bought

yogurt
a big block of Tillamook cheese (gotta have a midnight grilled cheese sandwich!)

2 frozen veggie pizzas by Amy's
bean burrito
kale (for extra veggies in my smoothies)

yogurt
2 kinds of ravioli's (yum)
frozen whole wheat waffles
Breyer's chocolate ice cream
italian icees (lemon and strawberry.. it was hot today)
breakfast sausage
broccoli
lettuce
eye liner

I haven't been to the store in over a week and I was due a trip. I got an awful cold about a week ago and haven't eaten much but fruit and chicken soup.
